IntelWeave Lab is a personal AI and workflow automation project. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using services operated under intelweavelab.com.
Information We Process
- System-generated analysis results
- Workflow and delivery status information
- Technical metadata required for system operation
- Google OAuth credentials provided through explicit user authorization
Google User Data
When Gmail integration is enabled, IntelWeave Lab uses the Gmail API only for the purpose of sending authorized notification emails.
The application requests the following Google OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send
IntelWeave Lab does not use this authorization to:
- Read Gmail messages
- Search Gmail messages
- Modify Gmail messages
- Delete Gmail messages
- Access contacts
- Sell or share Google user data for advertising purposes
Credential Storage
OAuth credentials used by automated services are stored securely using Google Cloud Secret Manager and are made available only to authorized runtime service accounts. Credentials are not intentionally written to public source repositories, application logs, or public web pages.
Data Sharing
IntelWeave Lab does not sell personal data. Information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the underlying infrastructure and services selected by the authorized user, such as Google Cloud and Google APIs.
Data Retention
System data may be retained as necessary for audit records, duplicate prevention, delivery status, system reliability, and troubleshooting. Data no longer required may be removed according to the operational needs of the project.
Security
Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including least-privilege service accounts, access-controlled cloud services, encrypted transport, secret management, and restricted API permissions.
